A New House Needs New Keys

My husband and I knew that we wanted to own our own home before we started having children, so we figured we better find a place quick once I found out I was pregnant. It took much less time to find the perfect home than we expected. The home is on nearly half an acre of land, and it is fairly modern. Only one family lived there before us, and they kept it in great shape. The closing went quick, and we were set to move in. First, I had to find a Brisbane locksmith for new keys though.

As much as I liked the couple that we bought the house from, I just knew that we wanted to have new keys for the locks. I figured it would be easier to just have a locksmith come out and put in new locks for us instead of my husband doing it. He is so busy, and it was also something I wanted done before we even moved in. I knew that the couple we bought it from was not going to break in during the middle of the night, but I had no idea who all they had given keys to.

Rather than put them through the third degree and try to retrieve all the keys they had given to various family members and friends to help them out while they were gone, I just contacted a local locksmith. He was able to come out that same week and put in new locks in all the doors and windows. The house was in move in condition, so we were able to start moving in our stuff as soon as the new locks were in place. I had no idea that we would have all of this in such a short period of time, but I am thankful that we do.
